Consent for Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, GSAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to GSAE’s use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Acknowledgement of Enhanced Safety and Health Measures
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, GSAE's in person events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to abide by GSAE's and the host property's efforts to comply with current CDC recommendations (and any state of Georgia requirements) and to engage in certain health-and-safety-beneficial conduct while attending the event as requested by GSAE (not attending the event if feeling sick or showing certain symptoms).

Cancellation Policy
The deadline for attendee cancellations is May 13, 2022. Replacement registrants are welcome. Simply send an e-mail to [email protected] with the name of your replacement. If you do not attend the conference and do not cancel your registration or submit a replacement, you will be billed after the meeting. You may view your open invoice at any time by logging into your member profile (hover over "Member Profile" and click on "Invoices"). NOTE: Absence due to COVID-19 exposure or illness is not applicable to the above policy. Exceptions will be made.

SPAM Alert: No company is authorized to sell an attendee list from GSAE or book hotel rooms on our behalf. We don't do it, period, and you should block the sender and ignore any message as the annoying spam that it is. Sorry for the inconvenience.
