2024 Compensation & Benefits Study - open through Sept. 6
Organizations need current and reliable information to build the best possible total compensation packages for attracting and retaining talent. To meet this need, the Association Societies Alliance (ASA) and Georgia Society of Association Executives (GSAE) have partnered with Gallagher to produce the 2024 Association/Nonprofit Compensation & Benefits Survey. By participating, your association will get access to an up-to-date and comprehensive tool to evaluate salaries and benefits based on a comprehensive set of state and national data.
The survey has two distinct sections:
- Click here to download the Compensation Questionnaire. Save the Excel spreadsheet to your computer, and once populated across the tabs, submit using the secure upload link on the first instructional tab.
- Click here to go to the Policy and Benefits Questionnaire. The online form does not need to be completed in one session, as long as you use the same computer and have cookies enabled on your browser.
The deadline for submission is Friday, September 6, 2024.
