  • Silent Auction - The Silent Auction supports our educational programming. It will be virtual, thanks to our friend Tony Rissley and Expo Auctions (no pens, no bid sheets, just you and your phone). If you are able to contribute this year, you may donate here
  • Council Fire Club logoGolf - 100 Council Fire Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37421. Tee times around 8:00 am. The heart and soul of the Council Fire Club is our beautiful 18-hole championship golf course. Built in 1992 by world renowned architect, Bob Cupp, the course plays over 114 acres of pristine Bermuda surfaces with backdrops including lakes, stream, nearby mountain ranges and an abundant of natural foliage. Council Fire Club promises to excite and challenge every golfer. The club has hosted the PGA Tour, Senior Tour, NCAA Championship and numerous USGA and State championships. Foursome assignments will be sent separately via email.
  • Quarter Century Bike Ride - Approx. 25 mile road bike ride. Meet at 10:00 am outside the Read House. Bring your bike and helmet.
  • GSAE Foundation Beer Pour
    • $38 tickets benefit the GSAE Foundation's Internship Grant Program
    • Hosted by the Beer Bros. - Russ Webb, Mike Pennington, CAE and Lowell Aplebaum, FASAE, CAE, CPF
    • 12:30 pm and 4:15 pm tastings available (limited to 25 per tasting)

  • Tennessee Aquarium logoReception & Dinner, 6:30 pm-8:30 pm at Tennessee Aquarium Pavilion. Sponsored by Chattanooga Tourism Co. and their industry partners. If you are late, we’ll have name tags onsite. Bus transportation from the hotel lobby beginning by 6:00 pm.
  • Pay the Pig Event to benefit the Tennessee River Gorge TrustDonations may be made via the app or by seeing Lori K. Spear, CAE and the Pay the Pig Team at general sessions and during the evening events. Credit only. Note: To comply with local ordinances, all paying GSAE event attendees will be entered twice to win a donated prize package onsite Friday morning at 8:30 am. The entry of the paying attendee is by virtue of their attendance at the meeting and is not tied to the encouraged fundraising for the locally-designated charitable recipient (think casino nights where you may attend but are not obligated to purchase table access).
