Sarah Sain, CAE will walk association communications leaders through the latest trends found in the 2023 Association Benchmarking Report. The report provides analysis on the ongoing challenges faced by associations looking to better engage with members, how technology and platforms impact member engagement, and how staffing is impacting culture and resources devoted to engagement efforts.

Sarah is the Vice President of Content Services for Naylor Association Solutions. In her 12 years with Naylor, she has provided content strategy for associations across a range of industries. She currently leads Naylor’s editorial and design teams with a focus toward creating communications that boost engagement and drive non-dues revenue.

As a CAE Approved Provider educational program related to the CAE exam content outline, this program may be applied for 1.0 credit toward your CAE application or renewal of professional development requirements. Note: This program is not endorsed, accredited, or affiliated with ASAE or the CAE program. Applicants may use any program that meets eligibility requirements in the specific time frame towards the exam application or renewal. There are no specific individual courses required as part of the applications – selection of eligible education is up to the applicant based on his/her needs.
