gsae wine + webinars - Why Change Leadership is Everyone’s Job

Topic: For some of us, it feels like the last year has been non-stop coloring outside of the lines; for others, the last year has provided a great opportunity to experiment. Everyone experiences the pace of the storm differently and we are at different places along the spectrum of comfort levels. It can be awkward and uncomfortable to be in a community where you aren’t aligned. Cynthia Mills will lead us in a conversation about change leadership and our own roles in helping each other through the storm. Connect with each other and bring a glass (or two) of wine! For this session, we recommend a Pinot Noir or Pinot Grigio.
