do you need to check your cae credits earned with gsae or add a recent qualified class?

  • Log in to your profile to see your GSAE-earned CAE credits since 2014 (excluding some SIG meetings).
  • NOTE: for the neat tracking tool to work, you need to be logged into the system when registering for any GSAE event and only register yourself.
  • Expiration dates are 5 years for CAE application purposes and 3 years for renewal. The expiration dates get wonky sometimes due to the import process. Please correct as needed (and sorry!).
  • For any credits that you add to your Continuing Education account, you will be able to edit those details at any time. NOTE: Any credits added by GSAE staff will NOT be editable by you on the transcript. You can only edit the CEs added on your own behalf. For example, our ASA-sponsored webinars need to be added separately from your profile here.
  • NEW - For ASA-sponsored webinars, you can now download a PDF report of all hours or download a certificate for a particular program (available under "My Programs").
  • To help you track things most accurately, we have added several additional categories.
  • Currently, you may only select from categories that have been added by staff. Email us suggestions for additions any time.
  • Additionally, you may upload a certificate to accompany the credits you add to your transcript in the "Add Education Credit" module. After this is saved, the certificate file may also be downloaded out of the transcript at any time.
  • You may export a PDF of your educational activity any time by clicking Export PDF and selecting a date range. The printable PDF contains all the details of your qualifying activity over the chosen time frame. NOTE: you will need to copy and paste the information provided into your CAE application or renewal form.
  • We also provide a full listing of all GSAE live learning opportunities since 2005 here2019 - 2024 is also available.
