Presenter: James Young
James Young is founder and chief learning officer of the Product Community and writes a weekly newsletter called The Innovative Association. The Product Community is an association innovation engine that bridges value creation, community-building, and revenue. He specializes in developing strategies for transformative growth through expert facilitation, product strategy, learning communities, and storytelling.

GSAE believes it qualifies for credit for your qualification to sit for the exam or CAE renewal under Domain 2: Executive Leadership. In accordance with Commission requirements, the provider will maintain an attendance roster for 5 years.
