The Abit Massey Lecture Series Luncheon - Sept. 18, 2024 - .75 CAE credit 

 Based on Mr. Abit's leadership legacy and a series of interviews, Jeff will explore the traits and habits that made Mr. Abit one of our most inspirational and successful association executives. Jeff will lead you in an analysis to compare and contrast how various leaders across the country experienced Mr. Abit's mentorship and craftmanship to inspire and create their own professional success. Learn more about the Lecture Series and Mr. Abit's many contributions in the association management community.

The Abit Massey Lecturer is Jeff Jowdy President, Lighthouse Counsel

A veteran of nonprofit leadership and fundraising, Jeff has been the guiding force behind Lighthouse Counsel since founding it in 1999. As senior vice president of development for the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, Jeff led one of the nation’s most successful YMCA fundraising programs. He also was senior managing director at Jerold Panas, Linzy & Partners. Prior to that, he served as advancement director at Mount de Sales Academy in Macon, Georgia. He began his fundraising career as executive director of the South Georgia Chapter of the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation. Learn more.

If you do not attend the luncheon and do not cancel your registration or submit a replacement, you will be billed after the meeting.
